为了确保向我们的客户提供最优质的集装箱设备，同时简化修箱和洗箱流程，MSC决定于2025年11月1日起在中国大陆地区收取护损费。具体内容如下：
In order to ensure all our empty containers are delivered to our clients in an optimal condition whilst simplifying the container repairing and cleaning process, MSC is going to launch a Damage-Protection-Fee in China mainland as from 01-Nov-2025.
费用代码: ZDP
Charge code: ZDP
费用金额: 每干货柜收取人民币75元，可抵扣不超过该箱人民币675元的修洗箱费用。每冷冻柜收取人民币135元，可抵扣不超过该箱人民币750元的修洗箱费。
Charge amount:CNY75 per dry container covering repairing and cleaning cost up to CNY675 per dry container. CNY135 per reefer container covering repairing and cleaning cost up to CNY750 per reefer container.
生效日期：2025年11月1日 (货物抵达中国大陆母船卸货港的时间)。对于从美国和波多黎各进口的货物，生效日期为：2025年11月1日（启运港重箱进场时间）。
Effective date: 01-Nov-2025 (cargo arrival time at China mainland POD). For cargo from USA and Puerto Rico, the effective date is 01-Nov-2025 (cargo gate-in time at POL).
付费方式：目的港到付。
Payment term: collect at destination.
适用范围：所有进口至中国大陆港口的干货柜及冷冻柜重箱 （现有修洗箱包干协议下涵盖的货物以及进口到广东省的大理石货物不在此列）。
Applicability: all dry and reefer containers imported to China mainland (marble shipments to Guangdong Province and shipments under existing lump sum M&R agreements with MSC are exempted).
每干货柜超出人民币675元或每冷冻柜超出人民币750元的修洗箱费用，超出部分仍按照原有的修洗箱流程处理。
For container damage over CNY675 per dry container or CNY750 per reefer container, the balance amount will be collected as per current standard process.
